I'm such a fan of Lisa Morris's style, from Wild Rose Cottage! She created this darling decoupaged sheet music train case and even has a full Tutorial right on her blog, so that you can make your own! She used a number of the antique sheet music images from Here, some of these are from way back, so make sure you click on "Previous Posts" to see all of them.
