Framed Bird Collage


This gorgeous Mixed Media Bird Collage was created by artist Cheryl Waters! Cheryl is a published artist, you can see her work in many Stampington & Co. publications, such as Somerset Memories, Somerset Home, Altered Couture etc. For this project she used one of my favorite Bird images, the Amazing Birds on a Branch Graphic. I just love all the romantic embellishments used on this piece! Phrenology Head Pin Cushion


This is a quirky little project that I did awhile back! It's a Crafters Phrenology Head Pin Cushion. I took an antique Phrenology Head image and changed out the wording with various craft terms. Then I used the Citra Solv method to transfer the image onto the fabric. You can find a Tutorial HERE with complete instructions, as well as the Printable so that you can make your own!

These sweet little treat bags were created by Sue at Creative Tryals. Can you believe these started out as envelopes?!! Sue used the Aqua Bird and Nest image, the Lilacs Perfume graphic & the Little Chocolate Girl for these splendid little bags! Mixed Media Easter Portrait Collage


I can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE this Mixed Media Piece by Theresa at 612 Riverside!!! I wasn't even planning on posting on this site today, but when I saw this, I just had to squeeze it in before Easter is over!! Theresa... clever, clever Theresa.... used an old silver plated tray from her stash as the basis for this Easter Portrait collage. Genius!!! If you're looking for something different to dress up your front door with for Spring, (or Easter), this Vintage Paper Cone by The Gypsy Magpie is just the thing!!!




Swoon!! Look at the gorgeous details!! She has a full Tutorial on her blog and lists all of her supplies as well. Can you believe the base is made of Styrofoam?!! Who knew!

from Cindy Adkins Whimsical Musings, is one of the most prolific artists that I've ever met! She's always crafting away and making something fabulous, she rarely misses a Brag Monday. If you've ever participated in my linky party, you've probably met her, she's so sweet and encouraging to everyone! Her style is so romantic and feminine, as you can tell by the beautiful Paris Collage Clipboard that she made in the photo here. Just look at all the gorgeous embellishments! Cindy used the Lina with Crown image for this piece. I'm not sure if the Eiffel Tower is mine or not, but I do have some black and white Eiffel images Here and Here.

Decoupaged Tin Box


This nifty little tin was created by Christine from Christine & Co.! Christine is one of our most faithful crafters at Brag Monday, I'm not sure if she's ever missed a week, since she started! She always comes up with something cute, and this tin couldn't be cuter!! Christine decoupaged an old tin, that she saved from going into the trash, with the Victorian Thread Label Image. I adore the little keys on the top too!

Mini Pillows - No Sew


These super cute mini pillows were crafted by Aaron at Mudpies & Marigolds! Aaron has the full Tutorial on her site, as well as all the techniques that she used for these. My favorite part? They're no sew!! This crafty girl printed various images from my site, directly onto the fabric, using the spray glue technique and the wax paper technique. The images included are the Lina with Crown graphic and the Paris Address image.

This beautiful digital collage was created by the very talented and sweet Tania from Wild Heart! I love Tania's art so much, that I struggle with not featuring her every week!! I'm so glad to have this new site so that I can feature more of her work, along with many of the other talented artists that I've gotten to know a bit! Tania's look is pure romance with an occasional touch of whimsy. I'd say this particular piece is all romance, with the White Dove, the swirly pink touches and the French Handwriting. Gorgeous!! This gorgeous Bird Card was made by The Gypsy Magpie!! I featured this one on Brag Monday quite some time ago, but it's still one my most favorite cards ever shared. The Tiffany blue ribbon she used here is so scrumptious, and I think it works perfectly with the yellow Bird image! I love the button and sewn edge as well.

Chamelelon Skeleton Glass Nugget


I love the simplicity of this little piece! This one comes from Saraccino, she used the Chameleon skeleton image and decoupaged him under a glass nugget. I really admire her style, she is not only an artist but a biologist as well, her work is very intriguing!

Doggy Day Card

Audrey from Audrey Petite's Weblog came up with this dear little card for her Dog, in honor of "Doggy Day" at her house. You must read her sweet post, about how she and her family celebrated their dog's dogiversary!! She used the Pups in an envelope Image for this piece.
I have to say, I've really enjoyed having Audrey as a part of our "Brag Monday" family, I often see her leaving the sweetest, most encouraging comments on the other participants posts. She's a such a sweetie!

Printing on Fabric - Cute Nest Bags


This was a cute little gift bag that I made last fall. The original tutorial can be found Here, it includes a printable for the nest image. I ended up printing it right onto some linen fabric, and then I immediately became obsessed with printing on fabric, because it's so much fun!! I think this would make a fun housewarming gift, you know with the nest and all...you could fill it with some pretty soaps!
