Kraft Paper Crown Envelope

This attractive Kraft Paper Crown Envelope is the creation of Sue from Creative Try Als! Sue crafted this by hand to use for Father's Day, although it could work for any occasion really. She has a wonderful tutorial on her blog, so that you can make some too!

She also whipped up these little Crown Bags full of nuts! The image used for both projects is the Crown Paper. I can think of so many uses for these little bags, great for party favors, or wonderful for merchandising small items for craft shows, antique fairs etc!

Handmade Father's Day Card

Here's a great idea for a last minute Father's Day card! This one was submitted by a crafty reader named Bernadette. The photo above shows the front of the card

... and this is what it looks like on the inside! (The card is signed by their Furry babies. Cute!) Bernadette used the Motorcycle Man in Frame Graphic for the front, and the Motorcycle Silhouette for the inside. Here's a hot tip, she told me that she used Tim Holtz's Distress Paper for the front. I just love that look!!

Paris Market Bag

This lovely Paris Market Bag was created by Susan at Homeroad. It's hard to believe that this stylish bag began as a humble & plain $2.99 thrift store purchase! Susan used the Citra Solv Transfer Method to transfer the Parisien Label to some fabric and then attached it to the bag.

And then she lined it with this beautiful floral toile fabric. So chic!!
